Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
During busy periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer — but we always do our best to ship quickly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Norway: 2–5 business days
  • EU countries: 4–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and postal service.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for orders over NOK 980.
Orders below that amount will include a standard shipping fee shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at pastelstoreua@gmail.com.

Local Pickup (Oslo)

If you’re located in Oslo, you may request local pickup.
We’ll contact you to schedule a convenient time once your order is ready.

Customs and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside Norway may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Pastel Artwear is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at pastelstoreua@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We’ll investigate and work with you to find the best solution — either a replacement or a refund.

Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We cannot reroute packages once they are shipped.
